DPA – An NCAA Approved Institution

Denver Prep Academy takes great pride in the quality of the education and athletic training it offers student-athletes. Through our programs and staff, we endeavor to inspire achievement in our students, foster their love of learning, and help them achieve their dreams and goals.

Our commitment has been recognized, and we are an institution that has been cleared and approved by the NCAA (NCAA High School Code 852525). This status means that our academy, through an in-depth and rigorous review of our policies, procedures, and core content courses, has met the standard set forth by the NCAA High School Review Committee.

Based on this approval, our core content courses may be used in the initial-eligibility certification process for student-athletes interested in playing for an NCAA member institution. The NCAA does not clear courses such as electives. Additionally, proof of graduation from DPA may be used by student-athletes during the initial-eligibility certification process. A bright future is possible for our student-athletes with this amazing opportunity.

We’re Here to Help Our Students

Of course, in order to be a part of our Colorado prep academy team, our student-athletes must meet all of our academic eligibility requirements. After all, at DPA, we believe that academic and athletic achievement are equally important.

Thankfully, the team at our preparatory academy in Denver is skilled and experienced in meeting the needs of a diverse student body through modern instructional strategies and support. From excellent classes staffed by teachers who care to one-on-one mentoring and tutoring, we strive to help students find success.

Naturally, we’re also ready and willing to coach students through the NCAA initial-eligibility certification process. With our help and guidance, we make a potentially complicated process as easy and straightforward as possible.
